Faculty Development Committee (Ad Hoc)

Greetings from the Ad Hoc NCE Faculty Development Committee!

Attached you will find the form and submission instructions for the NCE Faculty Development grants. We have $10,000 to distribute for the 2009-2010 academic year. There will be one call for proposal submissions. Please note that submissions should be submitted electronically. The January 25, 2010 deadline is firm.

* Priority will be given to proposals that will develop and cultivate external partnerships Faculty interested in projects or research projects should submit proposals to the NCE Ad hoc Professional Development Committee in care of Debra Gurvitz (chair) at debra.gurvitz@nl.edu by January 25, 2010. A confirmation e-mail will be sent upon receipt of proposals. Recipients will be notified by February 8, 2010 if their proposal is accepted for funding. Funds are limited; however, we will attempt to meet the needs of as many faculty members as possible. Please see the attached call for proposals and NCE Strategic Plan for details.
