Students are responsible for any overpayments made by the Veteran's Administration based on changes in registration status. The National-Louis University VA Certifying Official will complete Enrollment Certification (Form 22-1999) and send it to the Department of Veterans Affairs at the end of the add/drop registration period for each term of enrollment. Educational Benefits are paid directly to the student, and the student is responsible for tuition payments to the University. Chapter 31 Vocational Rehabilitation benefits are paid directly to National-Louis University.
